Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit paid at the end of the guest stay.

Cleaning services and towel change will be provided once every 3 days, while bed sheets will be changed once per week.

At Lily pool villa, guests must present a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Lily pool villa, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

At Lily pool villa, bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not accommodated.

Quiet hours are between 00:00:00 and 06:00:00.

A damage deposit of THB 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.At Lily pool villa, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
