Staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything at any time. Rooms were large, clean, cozy, beautifully designed with excellent mattresses and lovely views of rice fields from two sides. In-house massages were available in the room at an affordable price. The location was quiet and slightly out of Ubud city center but close enough to shops and local restaurants.
