Clean, comfortable room with a separate shower and air conditioning was close to Taitung Main Train Station. The owner was very friendly and offered free snacks upon arrival, called to check in before the stay, helped arrange transportation on New Year's Eve, extended checkout time for convenience, and called during an earthquake to show concern. A nice common area with water dispenser and tables was on the first floor.
