The staff was really nice and made us feel good, Carolina gave precise explanations about activities like horseback riding and hammocks in the air, Lina helped organize via WhatsApp, the night watchman was proactive and restored hot water after a storm while heating the jacuzzi, the heated pool and sauna were turned on especially for us, breakfast was complete and good with parking available.
