Right,where to start…friendly staff,like really helpful and all.That guy at reception?Super nice,helped out with laundry probs and gave solid tips,on where to go and stuff.And he spoke English which is always a win,especially here.No messing about. Room?Big and comfy,clean too,which is always a plus.And that view…honestly breathtaking…like,wow.just wow.Lounges and terrace are spacious,perfect for chilling. Breakfast was good,not fancy but tasty enough.And hey,they fixed the radiator quick no dramas.So yeah,great spot,quiet rooms with solid doors which means no corridor noise - that was a nice touch. Good value,no question about it,especially if you’ve got family or kids. Definitely recommended.
