Early check-in at 5 am was allowed without extra charges and free breakfast was served, Taheer at reception was excellent and very helpful, the room was clean and cozy with well-heated bathrooms, breakfast had good variety and was delicious, airport pickup and drop were available at cheaper rates than taxis, a lift in the hotel made it convenient for senior citizens, location was right in the middle of Baku close to everything including the USA embassy.
