Friendly and helpful staff made every request easy to grant and arranged an excellent car and driver for mountain trips, the room was spacious with great views, a beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, hot shower, strong WiFi, and a balcony in the suite was a bonus, the hotel had a clean pool on a quiet street about an 8-minute walk from Pokhara center with shops and restaurants nearby.
