Very clean, cozy room with windows facing the courtyard to reduce noise and shampoo and soap were plentiful. The staff was polite and friendly, especially the administrator who allowed early check-in at 11:00 and late check-out by 10 minutes. The location was convenient with a buffet nearby serving fast food in Kharkiv.
