Clean room, big bed, central Gjakova. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking garage available. Nice city view from window. Good for exploring the town easily. Quiet inside despite busy location. Breakfast included, tasty and fresh. Bags stored after checkout without problem. Overall good experience.
