Very kind and helpful staff quickly solved the problem when keys were lost and showed care when a friend had an eye injury by drawing a map to the doctor and checking on recovery. Homemade Ukrainian food was tasty with large portions, breakfasts and dinners were included in the price, and lunch could be ordered from the kitchen which worked like a restaurant. The hotel had spacious, clean, warm rooms with mountain views on the west side as requested, heated floors, slippers provided, shampoo and soap available. Ski-in/ski-out location was just 10 meters from Yaremyna Hata freeride spot and Karpatська Chaika ski slope, there was a separate room for drying skis, snowboards, gloves with boot dryers working well. A terminal for card payments was present along with transfer service options including ratrak excursions.
