Within 48 hours of booking at Holua Makai, guests will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property manager. Failure to receive the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation at Holua Makai. If the 48-hour period passes without receiving the agreement, please contact the property management at Holua Makai using the number provided in the booking confirmation.

At Holua Makai, guests under 25 may check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Quiet hours at Holua Makai are observed from 21:00 to 08:00."At Holua Makai, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Holua Makai, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
