The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. Cribs are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in. Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must specify the contract duration, stating that the rental is not intended for indefinite occupancy, nor as the tenant’s habitual residence or registered address, and must describe the reason for the rental. The key handover address is different from the apartment’s address.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
