Exceptional staff, especially Salem and Shaheed, were very polite, accommodating early check-in and late check-out according to flight timings. Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice, lovely americano, very varied portions served on the rooftop terrace overlooking the pyramids. The rooms were clean and comfortable with breathtaking views of the pyramids from balconies and rooftop. The location was fantastic, very close to the Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum about 30 minutes by taxi from downtown Cairo.
