The location was great and close to public transport, shops, and restaurants with easy access to the central railway station. The staff were exceptional and worked quickly to solve minor issues while always being accommodating at the restaurant and front desk. The breakfast was very nice with a wide array of offerings, and the restaurant Belgobaren was popular for lunch and dinner where reservations were recommended. The room was small but adequate with a minibar fridge, good shower water pressure, ample hot water, windows that could be opened for fresh air, and faced an inner courtyard on the 5th floor which made it quiet.
