We stayed in a spacious family room with cozy beds and a nice double-storey setup. The staff, especially Parker, was friendly and the free coffee, drinks, and cup noodles at the lobby were a great touch. They also took care of daily cleaning and the in-house breakfast was really good, making our time in Hualien memorable.
