The condominium will charge the amount of R$ 10 per guest at the time of check-in, referring to the identification bracelets.
Children up to 5 years old are free.
The amount can be paid in cash, debit or credit card.

To ensure guests' cleanliness and safety, the condominium determines that check-out is carried out until 12:00.
If you want to extend your stay, a cleaning fee of R$30 will be charged.

This accommodation does not allow subletting or resale of the reservation.If the reservation has been made by a user who will not be staying during the reserved period, The guest is committed to provide the personal data and contact details of the people who will be accommodated.
