The staff were friendly and helpful with a warm welcome and pleasant reception. The room was spacious, light, airy, with a balcony that had views of the village and surrounding mountains. The location was great for access to ski lifts and centrally located in Saas-Fee. Breakfast had a big choice and was exceptionally good. The ski room was great, the bathroom nice, and early check-in was available.
