Complimentary airport shuttle arranged despite flight delay. Reception staff were friendly and efficient after a long flight. The hotel has modern facilities and a welcoming lobby with a nice bar. Outdoor seating area allows smoking and drinks, which is rare in Jakarta hotels. Shuttle bus driver ensured arrival at the correct terminal.
