Helpful staff, especially Emad and the man who opened the door when keys were forgotten, made a difference. The beach was perfect and clean with a beautiful view just steps from the room. Youssef was very friendly and FO Manager Hasan arranged a free late checkout. The Italian lady chef in the little Italian restaurant served tasty dishes.
