Friendly staff were very polite and willing to help, especially the kitchen lady at breakfast and the receptionists. The location was great, close to Teleférico station and shops, quiet enough for a good night’s rest. Check-in was easy with a taxi sent for pickup, and a thermos with tea was provided during altitude sickness. The hotel was clean but could use renovation, hot water and heating were available in the room.
