The hotel was new with super clean rooms and bathrooms, and the location was great for visiting Quindio Botanical Gardens, Mariposario, and Parque del Cafe. Alejandro and the staff were very helpful and attentive, with Alejandro making himself available patiently even during late nights. Breakfast had the best arepas made by his mother with extra cheese, and dinner service was amazing. The outdoor areas were spectacular with nature literally at the door, cabins had a jacuzzi tub and shower that were loved.
