Top location in downtown Montréal provided easy access to major attractions and restaurants. The hotel featured a comfortable king bed and a very good breakfast buffet. Early check-in was accommodated, with staff allowing access ahead of time. Cleanliness met expectations, and the bar staff contributed positively to the overall experience. Some maintenance issues were noted with bathroom doors in certain rooms.
