Friendly and trained staff, especially Selamawit at reception and Ms Anna who cleaned the room, were very helpful. Complimentary shuttle to Bole Airport was convenient and the hotel was close to restaurants and shopping complexes. Breakfast had a lot of variety and authentic Ethiopian coffee was amazing.
