The staff were very attentive and polite, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed with comfortable beds and quality linen. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The pool area was lovely but lacked shade and sufficient loungers. The location was quiet yet only a short drive from Ubud center, with several cafes nearby. Spa therapists delivered excellent treatments during the visit.
