Spacious room was warm and comfortable with a variety of food options at the buffet restaurant. Animal encounters were available for children, and feeding animals every morning was possible. The hotel had plenty of activities and animations during the day, with a kid-free spa area and pool. Staff were attentive, and the location was close to Panaca with easy access despite small signs.
