Private beach with sunbeds and access to reef was clean and calm, kayaks and SUP were free to use, kitchen had salt, oil, spices, and fresh filtered water daily. Hosts were lovely and helpful while the flat was cleaned every day with laundry service available. Shops, restaurants, bars, Lux hotel bar with cocktails were within walking distance, city center was 5 minutes by car.
