The location was perfect in the centre of Chiang Mai and close to everything. The staff were friendly, helpful, and included WaWa and Ally. The pool was beautiful and long enough to swim laps with a refreshing coolness. Afternoon tea had Thai desserts, breakfast buffet was large with freshly made coffee from a machine, and Japanese toilets had warm seats.
