Friendly Natalia and Fatima were very welcoming and helpful, the room was comfortable with a beautiful view and a pretty balcony next to the breakfast room, breakfast was excellent with a bottle of port and glasses available for guests, the location was quiet yet close to restaurants, cafes, Trindade Metro, minimart, and within walking distance to Porto's historical centre.
