All guests must acknowledge the Terms of Stay and agree to adhere to the Verve Vacation Rentals terms and conditions. Guest will be provided with an online registration and guest agreement form upon securing the reservation. The registration must be completed within 24 hours of confirming the reservation or the reservation may be cancelled. Guest are also required to provide photo identification and credit card details, in the name of the booker, to Verve Vacation Rentals, within 24 hours of confirming the reservation. A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The property carries out pre-authorization for this days before arrival. Your nominated credit card will be used. Funds will be released within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property."
