The cottage featured a geothermal hot tub shared between two units, ideal for relaxing after hiking. The kitchen was well equipped with full dinnerware and utensils, including two hot plates and a microwave. The space was clean, warm, and quiet with comfortable beds and nice towels. Located close to Landmannalaugar and scenic waterfalls like Gjain, the cabin offered lovely views of the Hekla volcano. Filling the hot tub required 2-3 hours due to its size.
