The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.

The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. Even though the Villa can accommodate children of any age, they must be closely monitored by the guardians due to the low railings and steep steps inside the property. Children will be accommodated under the parents’ responsibility solely.

There is no reception/lobby area at the property therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. In case of last-minute notification, it may take more than an hour for the manager to arrive at the property.

Housekeeping service is offered every 2 days.At Ananda Infinity, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.

Stunning views of the caldera and spacious, clean rooms were highlights with a great jacuzzi, AC, and WiFi. The location was perfect-close to Firostefani square and an easy hike to Fira but peaceful away from busy areas. Deena at reception was welcoming and informative while the villa had many outdoor sitting areas on different levels for enjoying the scenery.
