The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well with special mentions to Laura and the private driver RusDiana who made tours extra special. The pool was stunning with views of the rice fields, jungle, and mountains while the rooms were modern, spacious, clean with super comfy beds plus complimentary minibar, cookies, fruit in the room, free daily cocktail and afternoon tea.
