10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday

Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at 52 Frescobaldi Street from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
