The location in the city center was great and the space was good with comfy beds, but the cleaning and supplies didn’t quite match the price. We noticed dirt on the floors, carpets, and bathroom door, plus some stained duvets and rubbish behind doors. There were a few missing basics like hangers, bedside lamps, mirrors outside the bathroom, a recycling bin, and the wifi instructions didn’t work, also, the front door lock felt a bit flimsy and the curtains in the TV room were falling down.
