The refundable deposit needs to be paid before 7 days. If payment does not reflect, guests won't be allowed in.

If it's a last-minute booking, guests must make an Immediate Payment, or else the guest will not be allowed onto the property—NO CASH EXCHANGE.

After check-out, the Inventory will be checked, if all is in order, the guest will receive the refundable deposit within 24 hours via bank transfer.
