The hotel will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with guests to speed up this process.

At least one of the guests registered in each suite must be over 25 years old and will be held accountable for the rest of the suite's occupants.

No refunds will be given for any cancellation or modification made after check-in.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Extra beds are not available.

A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival.
