Spacious, clean apartment in a beautifully restored historic building with a modern industrial look and an awesome bakery/cafe directly underneath, the kitchen had pods for the coffee machine and continental breakfast was left by the host. The owners were caring, prompt, and helpful with easy directions and good advice about parking while the location was central to Dunedin city allowing walking access to everything needed.
