The Sty, rural retreat for couples

Guests must be at least 25 years old to check in.

We welcome children of all ages.

The property may require a deposit of 200.00 GBP.

Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.

Visitors are allowed in the guest room.

Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly.

If the guest is found to be at fault for the damages, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method.

Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in.

Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.

Electric vehicles: Regretfully we don’t yet have a charge point on site and guests are not permitted to charge from the cottages.

You must leave by 10am on the last day.

If your arrival will be delayed beyond 9pm on the start date of your rental period, you must contact us beforehand.

If you fail to do so, you may not be able to get into the property.

If you fail to arrive by 12 noon on the day after the start date of your rental period and you do not let us know you are arriving late, we may treat your booking as having been cancelled by you.

In this situation, we will not refund any money you have paid.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.

A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
