The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils, and the bathroom featured a powerful shower alongside a bath. Communication from the host was clear and responsive, with early check-in facilitated. The location provided quiet surroundings near the river walk and convenient access to local shops and Northumberland attractions. Parking required some adjustment but posed no issues once understood.
