Please note there will be substantial balcony works in The Breakers Absolute Beachfront Apartments building from 10 February – 21 March 2025. This will include jackhammering for approximately 1 ½ weeks from the 13th February, however, there will be no work being done over weekends.At The Breakers, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at The Breakers, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
