If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking may be cancelled.

When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Please note there will be substantial balcony works in The Breakers Absolute Beachfront Apartments building from 10 February – 21 March 2025. This will include jackhammering for approximately 1 ½ weeks from the 13th February, however, there will be no work being done over weekends.At The Breakers, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at The Breakers, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
