Geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer zeichneten die Wohnung in ruhiger Lage nahe dem Surin Beach aus. Der gepflegte Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig gewartet, zudem stand kostenfreies Parken zur Verfügung. Das Personal zeigte sich freundlich und reagierte schnell auf Anliegen. Komfortable Extras wie Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Sauna und Fitnessraum sorgten für zusätzlichen Komfort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren gut erreichbar, während der Zugang durch codierte Türen sicher gestaltet war.
