Des appartements modernes offraient des pièces spacieuses avec des lits confortables et des cuisines entièrement équipées. Un local à skis chauffé permettait de ranger et sécher le matériel, tandis qu’une place de parking était réservée pour chaque logement. L’emplacement facilitait l’accès aux pistes en moins de 15 minutes en voiture ou en skibus, et le centre-ville se rejoignait à pied en une quinzaine de minutes. Les échanges avec le propriétaire avaient été cordiaux et très réactifs tout au long du séjour.
