Prior to arrival at Sunset Pointe, guests will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned directly to the property. Should the agreement not be received, please contact the property management at Sunset Pointe using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-inAt Sunset Pointe, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
At Sunset Pointe, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Sunset Pointe, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please note that the full reservation amount for Sunset Pointe is due prior to arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. Once full payment is received at Sunset Pointe, details including the address and key collection instructions will be emailed to you.
