Property rules: The apartment must be left as it was found, otherwise extra cleaning costs will be charged

- GARBAGE: follow the municipality's provisions for separate waste collection indicated in the apartment.
- OUTDOOR SPACE it is possible to use the one outside the bedroom but NOT THE COURTRIES or other outdoor spaces and not even access the entrance courtyard by car.
ACCOMPANY THE DOORS ESPECIALLY THE ENTRANCE DOORS OUT OF RESPECT FOR OTHER CONDOMINIUMS AND TO AVOID BREAKAGES, BLOCK THE WINDOW SHUTTERS,
DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR BECAUSE IT IS STAFF OF THE UPPER APARTMENTS, DO NOT CLIMB THE STAIRS OR ACCESS OTHER PLACES

For early check-ins when possible an extra fee is required that varies from 5.00 to 10.00 euros per person based on the requested time of arrival.
Check-out when possible to be defined based on the departure time the surcharge.
IMPORTANT: HEATING SWITCHING ON as per Italian law from 22/1 0 to 07/04 provides from 19 DEGREES with 2 degrees of tolerance more or less.
COMMUNICATE THE EXACT NUMBER OF GUESTS and the people who remain in the apartment both for many hours during the day and for one or more nights during the stay, if not communicated, expenses will be charged based on the stay to be paid at the time of the request.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
