After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking.
Please note that the last -minute reservations made within 24 hours of the date of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time, which goes from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The property accepts only the number of adults indicated on the reservation confirmation.

If you leave the property at a different hour from that scheduled, namely 10 am on the morning of the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will have to pay a recall fees of € 55.
If the above policies are not respected, a penalty rate will be applied to the guests for any damage caused to the property.
