After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking.

Please note that last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in arrival time, which changes from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation.
Any additional guest not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to present an identification document once the booking is created and at the time of check-in.

This property does not host bachelorette parties, bachelor parties or other similar celebrations.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise nuisance policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a different time than scheduled, namely 10:00 AM on the morning of the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will have to pay a reminder fee of €55.

If the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.

A penalty fee of €150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property.
