Super rooftop restaurant, bonne vue. Le staff parlait anglais. Hôtel dans le vieux Bakou, près du centre-ville. Petit gym et spa avec 2 saunas. Petit déjeuner correct, pas d'alcool servi. Pas de service de taxi jusqu'à l'hôtel. Propre, design cosy, personnel sympa. Lit confortable, douche agréable. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
