Waterpark and beach had Aquaglide and safety guides who engaged with children, making it entertaining for kids. Food quality was top-notch with daily menu changes, unlimited beer and wine, and a Korean lunch served on the second floor with ocean views, BBQ dinners were recommended as a special event. Staff were friendly including Korean and local employees who greeted warmly, buffet staff checked food supply frequently, and housekeeping kept rooms clean with high-quality beds. The room was spotless without corrosion despite being beachfront, had an ocean view balcony where swimwear could be dried. Two pools including one with night swimming and lazy river were available, convenience to cross the street to a mart made buying snacks easy.
