Friendly and helpful staff, especially the guy at the front desk who had fab energy and was very welcoming. The rooms were big with comfy beds, clean sheets and towels, and good security with two locked doors to access the hostel rooms. The property had a cool bouldering hall attached and a large kitchen with plenty of showers and toilets. The location was central in Rotorua, easy to find, with clean facilities.
