Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Reservation Terms & Conditions for our A La Carte Restaurant:
- The Hotel reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity.
- Minimum length of 3-nights stay is required for A La Carte usage.
- For three-night stays guests are eligible for complimentary use of two a la carte restaurants at maximum.
- For stays above four nights, guests are eligible for complimentary use of three times in a la carte restaurants at maximum, however, extra usage can be requested and will be subject to availability.
- A la carte restaurants must be booked in advance at the “restaurant reservation desk” located in the lobby, and bookings are subject to availability.
